We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager-Expressways and Interchanges to ensure that design deliverables align with project milestones, technical standards, and commercial objectives. This project will play a critical role in the upgrade of the roads and highway network of the region. and this position is to be based at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Managing a site team consisting of Site Agents, Section Engineers, Foreman
• Developing programmes of work, ensuring they are achieved within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant client representatives & supply chain
• Provision of reports and management information to senior management and client
• Manage contractual issues arising with client and sub-contractors, Monitoring the activities and performance of Project
• Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports.

• 15+ years of post graduate experience in civil engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive project management experience within highways and structures.
• Commercially & contractually astute with good knowledge of administering a large infrastructure project.
