Context

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead HSE Specialist to support our growing team. The successful candidate in this role,will support the implementation of HSE policies and practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees. This position is to be based at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Support training initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting safety awareness sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
  • Assist in the evaluation and management of HSE risks associated with operational activities.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
