We are seeking applications for the position of Technical Project Manager for PMC for upcoming infrastructure development project in Gujarat.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Project Planning & Management: Lead the end-to-end project delivery process, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Technical Oversight: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements, quality standards, and best practices are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members; facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Contract & Procurement Management: Oversee contract preparation, tendering, negotiation, and manage third-party suppliers and service providers.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation plans and ensure both compliance and safety on-site.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant local, state, and international building codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against key milestones; prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, ensure value engineering is practiced, and report any deviations.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of durable and sustainable sports infrastructure.

 

Profile/Skills

  • Minimum of 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar assignments.
  • MBA or PG in Construction Planning/Management or Project Management
    PMP/ PRINCE2 Certified.
  • Experience of working as project manager on at least 1 large infrastructure project of value more than Rs. 1000 crores.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
