Context

BIM is a digital representation of the characteristics of a building or infrastructure. It needs creating and using intelligent 3D models that incorporate data about a project throughout its lifecycle. This provides a centralized platform for stakeholders to share and access information.

Missions/Main Duties

Managing and coordinating the BIM process within a project. - Noida Location. 

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  1. Coordination: Overseeing the collaborative efforts of various project teams and disciplines.
  2. Model Management: Managing the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models.
  3. Standardization: Ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
  4. Communication: Facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.
  5. Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to model coordination.

Profile/Skills

  • 10-15 years experience. 
  • A solid grasp of BIM processes and standards
  • Skillful use of BIM software and tools, like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with project managers, BIM authors, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Certification in BIM management or coordination
