We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

 

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer Track for Project “Redevelopment Project of CSMT, Mumbai Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

Missions/Main Duties

  • Oversee the design, alignment, and construction of tracks within the project.
  • Responsibilities of Track, FOBs and all structure and finishing work in Platform area
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and specifications for track installation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies between design and field conditions.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure timely and quality execution of track works.
  • Ensure that all works are conducted following safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Supervise track construction activities on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the progress and quality of work.
  • Ensure the availability of required materials for track construction, and inspect them for quality assurance.
  • Oversee proper documentation for material procurement and usage.
  • Track and monitor project timelines and provide progress reports to the Project Director and other senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on track-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental laws, and quality standards.
  • Regularly conduct safety audits and ensure that safety practices are being followed on-site.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide technical support to junior engineers and other track-related staff.
  • Conduct training sessions on the latest track technologies and safety practices.

Profile/Skills

  • Education qualification - Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
  • Years of experience - 2 to 5 Years
  • Prior experience requirement - 02 Years
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
