Reporting into the Reporting Lead, the Reporting Coordinator is responsible for delivering all aspects of reporting for the project. This involves working with key stakeholders to define and develop meaningful reports – including dashboards and other analytics products, hold regular performance reviews, and enable diverse stakeholder audiences to use those products allowing for data-driven decision making on the project.
Work with client and all functional teams such as scheduling, cost/accounting, risk, communication, Health & Safety, construction and others to gather their reporting needs and locate their data.
Create data connections and transform data from various ERP sources such as Unifier, P6, EcoSys and Aconex. Design and implement apps, forms and lists to gather non-ERP and non-structured data.
Support the design and develop fully automated PowerBI dashboards reporting on project performance.
Support the assembly, review, editing and submission of all reporting outputs, not limited to the PowerBI reports, including the monthly and quarterly progress reports and other ad hoc reports as may be required.
Assisting Management in interpreting the Project and Program report information.
Work with the Management of the cross-functional teams to develop and introduce continuous improvements to enhance report quality.
Any additional duties, as deemed necessary to support the deliverables and Key Activities during ASP.
