Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Semi High Speed Rail projects across India. The position of Chief System Integration & Interface Expert-Cum- Dy. Project Director is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead System Integration Strategy: Develop and enforce the overall strategy for integrating all technical subsystems (e.g., track, rolling stock, signaling, power supply) to function as a single, cohesive, high-performance railway.

  • Interface Management Authority: Serve as the final authority for defining, tracking, and resolving thousands of technical and functional interfaces between different contract packages (e.g., civil vs. signaling contractors).

  • Technical Design Assurance: Ensure all contractor designs meet interoperability, safety, and performance requirements, particularly concerning high-speed operation and railway standards.

  • Testing, Commissioning, & Trial Oversight: Directly supervise the integrated testing, trials, and commissioning phases to validate that the entire system works correctly before commercial operation.

  • Deputy Project Leadership: Support the Project Director in overall project control, resource allocation, risk management, and making critical technical and commercial decisions.

  • Dispute & Change Resolution: Act as the top technical expert to resolve complex disputes or approve major change requests that impact system design and integration.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering with working Knowledge of reading, writing and Speaking in English.
  • Minimum Experience of 20 years post Bachelor’s degree in any Rail based Passenger Transit system.
  • Relevant Experience - 05 years’ experience in Interface Management of Rolling Stock, Traction & Power Supply, Signalling etc., System integration, and Testing & commissioning for Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Dy. Team leader or equivalent position. The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. 
  • Total experience as Dy. Team Leader will be evaluated considering the period at the position immediately below the proposed position with the weightage mentioned above.
  • Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience as Dy. Team leader or equivalent position or one level below to the proposed position for a full-time continuous deployment period not less than 2 years.
  • The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year). If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows:
    Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments
    Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments
