We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader for PMC Service for Property Development & Miscellaneous Works in Southern Region.

 

Missions/Main Duties

  • Project Management & Leadership

    • Lead, manage, and coordinate all project activities from inception to completion.
    • Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and management plans aligned with client requirements.
    • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality.
    • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management

    • Serve as the main interface with the client, government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
    • Prepare, attend, and lead project meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
    • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Technical Oversight

    • Ensure all technical aspects meet international and local standards, contractual requirements, and best practices.
    • Oversee design reviews, value engineering, and technical submittals.
    • Coordinate and ensure integration among all technical disciplines (Civil, Systems, MEP, Signaling, Rolling Stock, etc.).
  • Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

    • Enforce QHSE policies and standards across all project activities.
    • Oversee risk management processes and ensure effective mitigation strategies.
    • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Resource Management

    • Identify project resource needs and manage allocation to optimize performance.
    • Mentor and develop project staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Profile/Skills

  • Master’s degree in civil engineering / construction management.
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering / or Equivalent.
  • Having more than 20 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
