Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Semi High Speed Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Rolling Stock Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

• Design and Procurement Authority: Oversee the technical specification, design, development, and procurement of all rolling stock (locomotives and coaches) to meet speeds of 160+ km/h.

• Performance Assurance: Act as the final authority for verifying critical high-speed characteristics, including aerodynamics, ride comfort, traction/braking performance, and energy efficiency.

• System Integration (Interfaces): Manage the critical technical interface between the rolling stock and other systems, particularly Signalling (ETCS on-board units), Power Supply, and Track Infrastructure.

• Testing and Validation (T&C): Lead the entire Testing and Commissioning (T&C) program for the fleet, covering dynamic tests, type tests, and proving runs to ensure safe operation.

• Safety and Standards: Ensure full compliance with all relevant international (e.g., UIC, EN) and local safety standards, regulations, and RAMS requirements specific to high-speed trains.

• Maintenance & Depot Planning: Define the long-term maintenance strategy, specify the required depot facilities, and establish maintenance procedures for the new fleet.

• Contract Management: Provide expert technical input for contract management, design reviews, and factory inspections, supporting the client during the manufacturing and delivery phases.

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with working Knowledge of reading, writing and Speaking in English.
• Minimum 20 Years post minimum qualification experience in any Rail based Passenger Transit System.
• Relevant Experience - 05 years’ experience for Design, procurement and Implementation, Testing & Commissioning of Rolling Stock for Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Chief Rolling Stock Expert or equivalent position. The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).
• Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as Chief Rolling Stock Expert or equivalent.
• The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).
• If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows:
  Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments
  Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments
• International Experience- Minimum 03 years’ experience on projects for Rail based Passenger Transit system with operational speed of 160 kmph or more in Country(s).
