Currently, we are bidding for Semi High Speed Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Contracts Expert is the key position in these BIDs.
Contract Strategy: Develop and enforce the project's overall contract and procurement strategy (e.g., FIDIC, EPC).
Tender Management: Oversee the drafting, finalization, and issuance of all major contract and tender documents.
Negotiation Lead: Lead critical contract negotiations to secure favorable and risk-balanced terms.
Contract Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms, specifications, and legal/regulatory compliance.
Change & Claims: Manage, analyze, and process all contractual changes, variations, and claims to minimize disputes and cost.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout project execution.
Dispute Resolution: Strategize and support all formal dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration.
