Currently, we are bidding for Semi High Speed Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Contracts Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

• Contract Strategy: Develop and enforce the project's overall contract and procurement strategy (e.g., FIDIC, EPC).

• Tender Management: Oversee the drafting, finalization, and issuance of all major contract and tender documents.

• Negotiation Lead: Lead critical contract negotiations to secure favorable and risk-balanced terms.

• Contract Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms, specifications, and legal/regulatory compliance.

• Change & Claims: Manage, analyze, and process all contractual changes, variations, and claims to minimize disputes and cost.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout project execution.

• Dispute Resolution: Strategize and support all formal dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration.

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with working Knowledge of reading, writing and Speaking in English.
• Minimum 20 Years post minimum qualification experience in Infrastructure sub sector related to Transport & Logistics.
• Relevant Experience - 05 years’ experience of Managing overall procurement process including bid document preparation and Bid Process Management, Contract management in Infrastructure sub sector related to Transport & Logistics as Chief Contract expert or equivalent position.
• The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).
• Total experience as Chief Contracts Expert or equivalent will be evaluated considering the period as Deputy Chief Contracts Expert or equivalent with the weightage mentioned above.
• Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as Chief Contract expert or equivalent position or one level below to the proposed position.
• The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).
• If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows:
  Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments
  Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments
