We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridge Engineer to join our team for the prestigious BRT project in Madinaht. The successful candidate will play a critical role in both the design and construction phases, overseeing bridge works to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. GCC experience is mandatory.

• Lead and manage bridge engineering tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from preliminary design to construction supervision and handover.
• Prepare and review detailed bridge design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, geotechnical, and transportation engineers.
• Ensure that all designs conform to local and international standards, codes, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor bridge construction activities, and ensure compliance with design intent, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical queries and address site issues.
• Lead or participate in value engineering, risk management, and constructability reviews.
• Support the procurement process by preparing technical requirements and reviewing contractor/subcontractor submissions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and client briefings related to bridge engineering works.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Chartered Engineer status or professional registration is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in bridge design and construction, with extensive involvement in large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
• Prior GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of design software (such as SAP2000, ETABS, MIDAS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Excellent understanding of relevant international and GCC-specific codes and standards (AASHTO, Eurocodes, BS, etc.).
• Proven track record in both design office and site-based roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
