We are seeking applications for the position of Financial Analyst-cum- Resource Mobilization Expert for GIS based Master Plan in Andhra Pradesh.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Financial Analysis & Project Structuring

    • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for area development/infrastructure projects.
    • Structure projects to enhance financial viability, including identification of revenue streams, preparation of business cases, and evaluation of cost-benefit scenarios.
    • Develop project financing options and strategies tailored to urban/regional planning initiatives.
  • Resource Mobilization & PPP Advisory

    • Identify and mobilize funding from public, private, and multilateral/bilateral sources.
    • Advise on and facilitate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure and area development projects.
    • Prepare documentation and strategies to attract private sector investment and participation.
  • Bid Process Management

    • Manage and oversee bid process activities including preparation of bid documents, evaluation criteria, and contract structuring for infrastructure projects.
    • Support pre-bid meetings, respond to bidder queries, and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Coordinate with government entities, financial institutions, investors, developers, and other stakeholders for project promotion and investment mobilization.
    • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure alignment of financial, legal, and technical aspects of project structuring and resource mobilization.

Profile/Skills

  • Master’s degree in business administration (Finance specialization) or master’s degree in economics from an accredited college/university.
  • Relevant professional experience 10 years in financial analysis, resource mobilization, PPP advisory, and project structuring for area development/infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in bid process management and project finance, preferably in urban/infrastructure sectors.
