SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Transport Planner for GIS Master Plans.

 

 

 

Missions/Main Duties

  • Transport & Mobility Planning

    • Lead the preparation of transport plans, city circulation plans, and mobility frameworks for the project area.
    • Integrate multimodal transport systems including public transit, non-motorized transport, and road networks.
  • Survey & Data Analysis

    • Design, implement, and analyze traffic and transportation surveys, including origin-destination, modal split, and volume counts.
    • Interpret survey findings to inform planning recommendations for infrastructure improvements and congestion management.
  • Technical Inputs & Design

    • Provide technical expertise in roadway/corridor planning, intersection design, and transit infrastructure.
    • Support scenario analysis and modeling to assess the impacts of proposed mobility solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Coordinate with government agencies, city authorities, consultants, and the public during the project’s data collection and planning phases.
    • Present findings, plans, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare technical reports, presentations, drawings, and plans showcasing transport planning analysis and solutions.
    • Ensure that deliverables comply with relevant standards, best practices, and statutory guidelines.

Profile/Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from an accredited college/university.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in transportation planning.
  • Proven experience in preparing transport plans, city circulation plans, and mobility plans for urban or regional contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability in conducting and analyzing traffic and transportation surveys.
