Currently, we are bidding for Metro Projects across India. The position of Sr. Program Expert (Planning) is the key position in these BIDs.

• Develop, monitor, and update master project schedules for urban rail projects using advanced planning tools.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align project milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks and delays, proposing solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Lead stakeholder meetings; report progress, variances, and corrective actions to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant railway and urban transit standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Mentor and guide planning teams; share industry best practices.

Education:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
  

Experience:

• 15 years experience in Railways / Railway related Industry
• 4 years in urban rail based passenger carrying system
