Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

 

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Project Director is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  1. Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of the metro project from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main contact for clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  3. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the project budget, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  4. Schedule Management: Develop and track project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and overall project completion.
  5. Risk and Safety Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and address issues proactively.
  7. Contract and Change Management: Manage contracts, oversee changes in project scope, and resolve contractual issues.
  8. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • 25+ years in railway or railway related industry, out of which minimum 10 years in Metro.
