SYSTRA Taiwan Branch is dedicated to Taiwan and the Group's global rail transit system-related projects, encompassing feasibility analysis, system design, project management, testing and integration, trial operation, and commissioning operations. Currently, we are actively participating in rail transportation projects across Taiwan, with offices located in Taipei and Kaohsiung.

Context

SYSTRA Taiwan Branch is dedicated to Taiwan and the Group's global rail transit system-related projects, encompassing feasibility analysis, system design, project management, testing and integration, trial operation, and commissioning operations. Currently, we are actively participating in rail transportation projects across Taiwan, with offices located in Taipei and Kaohsiung.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Assist in performing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities for railway systems under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Support the development of maintenance of RAMS documents (such as Hazard Log、FMECA、FTA、RAM analyses..etc)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of group for preparation the technical document.
  • Engage proactively in project-oriented meetings, foster effective communication with

stakeholders and pertinent departments, and actively contribute to the seamless execution of project tasks.

  • In charge of projects document control and support the projects administration work.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Profile/Skills

  • Diploma Holder in a STEM Field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
  • Minimum of 2  years of experience in railway system or  in RAMS  experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of EN 50126 / 50128 / 50129 RAMS standards preferred
  • Familiar with FMEA/FMECA,/FTA, hazard analysis is plus.
  • Basic understanding of system engineering or reliability engineering
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Professional engineering license or certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
