We are seeking applications for the position of Urban Planner/Planning cum Infrastructure Expert for Zonal Development Plans for eastern part of India.

• Plan Formulation:
  Participate in the preparation and formulation of Master Plans, Development Plans, Regional Plans, Area Plans, Town Planning Schemes, Investment Region strategies, and related projects as required.
• Infrastructure Planning:
  Integrate infrastructure planning components—such as water supply, sewerage, roads, and utilities—into comprehensive development plans in line with project goals and standards.
• Data Collection & Analysis:
  Gather and analyze relevant physical, socio-economic, and spatial data to inform planning solutions and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Liaise effectively with government agencies, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and information sharing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure planning proposals comply with statutory guidelines, regulatory standards, and client requirements. Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support Project Execution:
  Assist in the implementation of development plans, monitor progress, and provide technical support to resolve issues as required.

• Postgraduate Degree in Planning (Regional Planning / Urban Planning / Infrastructure Planning) from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 7 years of field experience in urban/regional/infrastructure planning.
• Demonstrated experience in at least 7 years of formulating Master Plans, Development Plans, Regional Plans, Area Plans, Town Planning Schemes, Investment Region projects, or similar assignments.
• Solid understanding of urban/regional/infrastructure planning processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in planning tools and software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD, MS Office)
