SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).

We are seeking applications for the position of Financial/Economic Development Expert/Strategic Management Expert/Contract cum Legal Expert for Zonal Development Plans for eastern part of India.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Project Financing & Economic Analysis:
    Lead and conduct project financing, financial analysis, viability studies, and economic impact assessments to ensure the sustainability and feasibility of zonal development plans.
  • Strategic Planning & Program Design:
    Contribute to strategic planning, program design, and policy development for the successful implementation of the Zonal Development Plan.
  • Contract Management:
    Oversee contract management processes, including contract negotiation, drafting, compliance, monitoring, and ensuring successful closure of projects.
  • Government Sector Advisory:
    Provide expert advice and support on financial projections, budgeting, and economic evaluation, with a focus on projects within the government sector.
  • Risk Assessment:
    Undertake assessment and mitigation planning of financial, economic, and legal risks associated with project development and implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Coordinate with government bodies, external consultants, and internal teams to align contract, legal, and financial aspects with project objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare and review financial reports, feasibility studies, contractual documents, strategic plans, and presentations as required for project planning and approvals.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all financial and legal practices are in adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines.

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate Degree in any discipline
  • Post Graduate Degree (minimum 1-year duration) in Economics, CA, MBA (Finance/Financial Management/Financial Analysis or equivalent), or Strategic Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in the government sector, handling financial projections, project sustainability, feasibility and viability studies, or assessment of economic impacts.
  • Experience in program design, policy development, and strategy planning.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and successful closure of at least 2 similar projects.
