Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

 

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Financial Advisor is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy and policies for the metro project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control, including preparation, monitoring, and review of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage financial risk, funding arrangements, and cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity and appropriate financing structures for project needs.
  • Lead the analysis and reporting of project financial performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls throughout all project phases.
  • Evaluate and manage contracts, investments, and procurement processes to optimize value and cost efficiency for the project.
  • Provide financial guidance, leadership, and training to project teams, supporting informed decision-making and promoting best financial practices.

Profile/Skills

  • Degree of Chartered Accountant
  • 20+ years in rail related major infrastructure project and execution of related works in at least two metro projects.
