Context

SYSTRA Taiwan Branch is dedicated to Taiwan and the Group's global rail transit system-related projects, encompassing feasibility analysis, system design, project management, testing and integration, trial operation, and commissioning operations. Currently, we are actively participating in rail transportation projects across Taiwan, with offices located in Taipei and Kaohsiung.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and coordinate overall E&M system integration and management, ensuring seamless interface management with all subsystems.
  • The leadership team oversees project implementation and is accountable for coordinating the progress of both domestic and international experts‘ work.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and company‘s objectives.
  • Compile, analyze, and present reports on technical and project performance for both internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, including local engineers, foreigner experts and supporting staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, project budgets, and implement budget control

Profile/Skills

  • Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 15  years of experience in railway system preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of railway engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Professional engineering license or certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
