Main tasks and responsibilities, inter alia:

• In the stage of development of technical documentation, together with the Specialist for the Monitoring of the Preparation and Inspection of Technical Documentation, provides design guidelines for the part of the technical documentation related to structural engineering;
• Controls the compliance of the finished works with the design, carries out procedures related to the quality system related to the construction of facilities and building structures. Organizes and carries out the control tests of materials used and works performed, organizes and carries out the measurements of the performed quantities of works and is responsible for keeping the documentation on the performed works;
• During construction, together with the Contractor, monitors the condition of the buildings and engineering facilities in the zone of influence of the construction of the metro infrastructure and, accordingly, orders the implementation of necessary measures to preserve the integrity of these structures, reporting them to the Construction Manager and the Client and obtaining their approval.
• Conducts a detailed review of the Contractor's plans and programs and gives recommendations to the Client, who ultimately decides on these matters. Participates in the activities of the Contractor in the planning and preparation of the dynamic work schedule by providing advice, recommendations, references to specifications, etc. Gives an opinion to the Construction Manager on the Contractor's plans and programs Organizes the monitoring of the progress of works in accordance with the plans and programs.
• Issues orders to the Contractor to correct defects. Ensures that the Contractor receives instructions, recommendations, approvals, etc. on time in order to avoid the delay of works and claims by the Contractor;
• Verifies that the installed equipment and materials have all the necessary attestations, certificates, as well as other documentation proving the quality and compliance with the relevant regulations, specifications and applicable standards;
• Supervises the quality of works and the accuracy of measuring all quantities of works on the facilities;
• Continuously monitors the actual costs and quantities of all works performed by the Contractor;
• Reviews and provides an opinion on the submitted requests of the Contractor. Performs a price analysis for upcoming and unforeseen works and makes recommendations to the Construction Manager who then prepares the final version of the recommendation and informs the Client who ultimately decides on these matters;
• Is responsible for reporting on the progress of the execution of the Construction Contract in the part related to the construction of buildings. During the construction phase, prepares a part of the monthly and quarterly reports within the scope of his work and submits them to the Construction Manager. Provides a final report to the Construction Manager detailing all work completed on the construction of facilities and buildings upon the completion of the works.
• Makes recommendations to the Contractor regarding measures to improve methods, equipment, materials, etc. For the needs of the Investor, prepares reports and reviews on the quality, quantities and values of works;
• Conducts a detailed review of the changes to the design and measures proposed by the Contractor. Depending on the size and significance of these changes, the debatable issues must be forwarded to the Construction Manager and the Client for a final decision;
• Conducts a detailed review of reports received from the Contractor;
• Controls and approves the as-built designs prepared by the Contractor in the part related to the construction of facilities and buildings;
• Participates in the work of the commission for the handover of finished works;
• Performs other tasks and activities necessary for the successful implementation of the Project.

Osnovni zadaci i odgovornosti, između ostalog:

• U fazi izrade tehničke dokumentacije, zajedno sa Specijalistom za praćenje pripreme i uvida u tehničku dokumentaciju, daje projektne smernice za deo tehničke dokumentacije koji se odnosi na konstrukciju;
• Kontroliše usklađenost gotovih radova sa projektom, sprovodi procedure vezane za sistem kvaliteta koji se odnosi na izgradnju objekata i građevinskih objekata. organizuje i vrši kontrolna ispitivanja upotrebljenog materijala i izvedenih radova, organizuje i vrši merenja izvedenih količina radova i vodi dokumentaciju o izvedenim radovima;
• Tokom izgradnje, zajedno sa izvođačem radova, prati stanje objekata i inženjerskih objekata u zoni uticaja izgradnje infrastrukture metroa i, shodno tome, nalaže sprovođenje neophodnih mera za očuvanje integriteta ovih objekata, prijavljujući ih rukovodiocu gradnje i naručitelju i dobijajući njihovu saglasnost.

• Izdaje naloge izvođaču radova da ispravi nedostatke. Obezbeđuje da izvođač radova na vreme dobije instrukcije, preporuke, saglasnosti i sl. kako bi se izbeglo kašnjenje radova i potraživanja od strane izvođača;
• Proverava da li ugrađena oprema i materijali poseduju sve potrebne ateste, sertifikate, kao i drugu dokumentaciju kojom se dokazuje kvalitet i usklađenost sa relevantnim propisima, specifikacijama i važećim standardima;
• nadzire kvalitet izvođenja radova i tačnost merenja svih količina radova na objektima;
• Kontinuirano prati stvarne troškove i količine svih radova koje obavlja izvođač;
• Razmatra i daje mišljenje o podnetim zahtevima izvođača radova. Vrši analizu cena za predstojeće i nepredviđene radove i daje preporuke menadžeru izgradnje koji zatim priprema konačnu verziju preporuke i obaveštava klijenta koji na kraju odlučuje o ovim pitanjima;
• Odgovoran je za izveštavanje o napretku izvršenja Ugovora o izgradnji u delu koji se odnosi na izgradnju objekata. Tokom faze izgradnje, priprema deo mesečnih i kvartalnih izveštaja u okviru svog rada i dostavlja ih rukovodiocu izgradnje. Daje završni izveštaj menadžeru izgradnje u kojem su detaljno opisani svi radovi završeni na izgradnji objekata i objekata po završetku radova.
• Daje preporuke izvođaču radova u vezi sa merama za poboljšanje metoda, opreme, materijala, itd. Za potrebe investitora, priprema izvještaje i preglede o kvalitetu, količinama i vrijednostima radova;
• Sprovodi detaljan pregled izmena dizajna i mera koje je predložio izvođač radova. U zavisnosti od veličine i značaja ovih promena, diskutabilna pitanja moraju biti prosleđena rukovodiocu izgradnje i klijentu na konačnu odluku;
• Sprovodi detaljan pregled izveštaja dobijenih od izvođača;
• Kontroliše i odobrava projekte izgrađene od strane izvođača radova u delu koji se odnosi na izgradnju objekata i objekata;
• Učestvuje u radu komisije za primopredaju gotovih radova;
• Obavlja i druge poslove i aktivnosti neophodne za uspešnu realizaciju Projekta.
