Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

We are seeking applications for the position of Techno Commercial Legal Manager for Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

• Advising on impact and consequences of new laws like payment, data protection etc. and regulations and replies to legal notices.
• Liasoning with government, regulatory and/or quasi-judicial authorities as and when required.
• Responsible to keep all approvals/certifications in place with order, duly valid and verified with contract.
• Prepare and implement a project flowchart with timelines for raising stage wise invoices.
• Release necessary project documentation essential for the project.
• Checks on all correspondences impacting project time cost and quality along with clearances.
• Monitors change orders, claims and cost estimates
• Ensure his team members have gone through Business Ethics and compliance training.
• Ensure his team members have gone through the Anti-Corruption training.
• Ensure his team members gone through 3S training as per group’s policy

• Education qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Law with experience in real estate and construction industry, including Public Projects. 
• Years of experience – Overall 15 Year experience , 8 Year experience in Similar position and 10 year experience in Similar Project
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
• Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
