CTR – Regional Technical Centre of Systra India takes care of the international production of major projects at Systra Group level. CTR team has expertise in design of High-Speed Rail, Metro, Conventional Rail, Bridges, Highways, Depots, Stations and Transport Planning. Starting from Feasibility/Concept stage to Detailed Design to IFC/Shop drawings, the disciplines involved have experience of designing in accordance with various international codes and delivered projects across the world.
CTR team has successfully delivered some major projects in UK, UAE, Tanzania, KSA, Australia, Canada and Denmark. One of the major achievements of India CTR team has been the design of HS2 project in UK. We played an instrumental role in delivering 3 major Sublots on HS2 with our teams proactively engaging with Front Office in UK and delivering beyond client expectations. This resulted in India team receiving many accolades from the contractor BBV and client HS2.
CTR team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects integrating Design, BIM and Drawing production in a seamless workflow incorporating different software. The technical and management teams within CTR get an opportunity to work and interact with other CTR teams within Systra Group from Paris, Poland, Dubai, Philippines and Brazil.

We are seeking applications for the position of BIM Manager for HS2 project.

Understanding the project, Client requirements, Schedule and Budgets.QA/QC, Oversee the integration of BIM design with other discipline. Lead the team ensuring timely and accurate production of deliverables.Collaborate with global multi-disciplinary teams, acting as the focal point for MEP design interfaces.Ensure MEP deliverables adhere to SYSTRA policies, quality management systems, safety practices, design and project processes and ISO certifications Maintain accurate documentation and records for all design coordination activities.Identify and resolve technical issues or design conflicts that arise during the design and construction phases.Through the lifecycle of a design project, you will liaise with specialist engineering teams to ensure that the design work is delivered in accordance with the engineering best practice and in compliance with mandated standards.Proactively working to contribute to a continuous improvement culture raising opportunities for improvement whenever these are identified.Ensure clash resolution of BIM models

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in large scale metro rail / infrastructure projectsTrack record of successful BIM design delivery on international projects (UK, Europe, Middle East preferred).Excellent written and oral English communication skills.Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authorityStrong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.Working Experience in Metro rail design,Proficient in Bentley MicroStation / CIVIL3D / ORDProficient with BIM and digital design tools relevant to MEP integration.
