We are seeking applications for the position of  K3 Liaisoning and Co-ordination Expert vice Architectural Expert / Stations for Mumbai Metro Line 10 & 12.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Organize inter-agency meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews; prepare minutes, action trackers, and reports for GEC Team Leader and MMRDA; handle escalations for delays in approvals or interfaces.
  • Monitor contract administration, payments, variations, and claims; support GC in O&M strategy integration, training, and commissioning sanctions from Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety (CMRS).
  • Coordinate DPR reviews, tender document preparation/evaluation, proof-checking of DDC designs, and construction monitoring; ensure compliance with MMRDA standards, safety norms, and timelines for Lines 10/12 packages.
  • Facilitate statutory clearances, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), land acquisitions, and utility shifting approvals from MCGM, MHADA, traffic police, and environmental agencies; track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Act as primary liaison between GEC, MMRDA, contractors (civil, MEPF, DDC), Detailed Design Consultants (DDC), and stakeholders including PWD, BMC, railway authorities, and local bodies for tendering, design approvals, and construction supervision.

  • Education qualification - Graduate
  • Years of experience - 12 Years
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
