Context

SYSTRA SPA is looking for a Junior BID Specialist to join and strengthen our BID Team.

Missions/Main Duties

The candidate will join the BID Team and, reporting to the BID Office Manager, will provide operational support in managing national and international tenders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional to develop expertise in the procurement and engineering sectors. 

Profile/Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Documentation: Assisting in the preparation, organization, and collection of administrative documents for public and private bids.
  • Tender Analysis: Reviewing tender specifications and supporting the creation of internal summaries and checklists.
  • Coordination Support: Liaising with technical departments and partners to ensure the timely collection of required data.
  • Document Management: Maintaining and archiving tender-related files in compliance with company standards.
  • Digital Bidding: Supporting the upload and submission of documents on e-procurement platforms and client portals.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus).

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive, "can-do" attitudede

  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
