SYSTRA SPA is looking for a Junior BID Specialist to join and strengthen our BID Team.
Joining SYSTRA means working in a dynamic and highly stimulating environment characterized by excellence in quality standards. You will be part of a team where interdisciplinarity and the international scope of projects are at the core of our daily operations.
The candidate will join the BID Team and, reporting to the BID Office Manager, will provide operational support in managing national and international tenders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional to develop expertise in the procurement and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Good working knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus).
Proactive, "can-do" attitudede
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
