We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for the structural design and analysis of diverse building types, sustainability, and compliance with international standards.
Education: Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Experience: 7+ years in structural design and analysis.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in:
Steel, reinforced concrete, and precast concrete structures.
Prestressed and post-tensioned concrete.
Composite steel and concrete structures.
Standards: In-depth knowledge of design codes and international standards for structural analysis.
Tools: High proficiency in modern structural design and FEA software.
Languages: Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum). Proficiency in Italian is highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven track record in managing project teams and client relations.
Proactivity and motivation.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
