Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Road projects across India. The position of Project Director (Team Leader) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Responsible for overall management, coordination, ensuring compliance with the contract and liaison with senior management of Client.
  • Lead the detailed design task team. Ensure all deliverables are prepared in accordance with quality and time constraints.
  • Identify appropriate design codes and standards in collaboration with the Design Standards.
  • Recommend the Underground Safety system including ventilation system, firefighting system, and evacuation method.
  • Review and approve the documents submitted by the Contractors related to O&M.
  • Review of Design and plan the traffic management plan during construction.
  • Supervise the identification of underground utility facilities and buried materials (e.g., existing foundations)
  • Assist Client for supervision of utility relocation until the completion of consulting service.
  • Monitor the Contractor’s compliance with regard to the insurance, bond obligation as well as the labor and tax laws.

Profile/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering with Postgraduate Degree in Construction management/ Structures/ Geotechnical/ Mining/ Bridge Engineering/ Civil Engineering.
  • Should have minimum Professional working Experience of 20 years and should have minimum 15 years of experience in similar field in planning, Designing, construction, supervision, contract management and Monitoring in Road Bridge/ Rail Bridge/ Metro Rail Bridge/ Bridge over sea or river or creek/Highway infrastructure works.
  • Should have working experience minimum of 5 years covering at least 1 project as Project Director/ Team Leader/ Construction Manager/ Project manager) in Bridge over Sea or river or creek/ Highway bridge.
  • Single project costing not less than INR 5000 million OR Two Projects costing not less than INR 3300 million Or Three Projects costing not less than INR 2500 million
