About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Position: Dy. Chief Expert- Finance

 

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project


Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi

Missions/Main Duties

This position shall report to Chief Expert-Contract. The activities shall include but not limited to:

  1. Responsible for overall coordination between financiers (if applicable).
  2. Assist the employer to review the contractors’ performance security, advance payment security and required insurances;
  3. Verify statements submitted by the Contractor to enable team leader to issue payment certificates such as interim payment certificates and final payment certificate etc.;
  4. Prepare the financial data of monthly/quarterly progress report and reconcile such information with Client's financial records;
  5. Assist the Client to reconcile physical progress with financial progress.
  6. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification:

Graduate in field of finance

 

Experience:
(i) Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in infrastructure Projects**

(ii) 08 years of experience in financial management during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)(i) funded by Bilateral/Multilateral Development Banks/Agencies.


**Infrastructure Project shall mean Railways/Metro, Roadways, Airways, Telecommunication,
Power and Energy sector
