About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

We are seeking applications:

Position: Dy. Chief Expert-Signalling System (Interlocking)

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Surat

This position shall report to Chief Expert-Signalling System. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to:

1. Design review of Interlocking subsystem of Signalling System.
2. Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of Interlocking subsystem.
3. Interfacing of Interlocking Sub system with Rolling Stock, Telecom Subsystems, Asset Management System etc. and Interface document approval.
4. Verify completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.
5. Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
6. Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
7. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent)

Experience:

1. Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
2. 08 years of experience in project management of Interlocking subsystem of Signalling System during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
