About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

We are seeking applications:

Position: Section Engineer-QA/QC-2

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Site

Assist QA/QC Expert in performing tasks that includes following but are not limited to:

1. Assist in reviewing of detailed Quality Assurance(QA) and Quality Control (QC) Plans and implementation in the entire project phases for the packages under its scope.
2. Assist in reviewing and monitoring QA/QC plans of other Contractors(as applicable).
3. Assist in establishing standard procedures & tools for QA/QC.
4. Assist in compliance of the requirements of multilateral /bilateral funding agencies (as applicable).
5. Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals (as applicable).
6. Assist in carrying out inspections of contractor’s works.
7. Assist in any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Client(NHSRCL).

Min. Qualification and Experience: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)/Diploma Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) /Quality Control (QC) during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
