About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Position: Section Engineer-Telecommunication System

 

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project


Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi

Missions/Main Duties

Assist Chief Expert and Dy. Chief Expert in performing tasks that includes the following but not limited to:

  1. Assist in Design review of Telecom System including sub systems for backbone of data transmission from field units to centralized control centres (DTS), Wireless Network, CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, PAS, Master Clock, EPBAX, Telecom SCADA etc.
  2. Assist in Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of Telecom System.
  3. Assist in Interfacing of Telecom System with Rolling Stock, Signalling Subsystems, MEP, SCADA etc. and Interface document approval.
  4. Assist in verifying completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.
  5. Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
  6. Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
  7. Assist in any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent )

 

Experience: Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience of implementing Telecommunication System during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.


*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

  • High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
  • Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
  • Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
