We are seeking applications for the position of Project Manager for Mumbai Metro Line 10 & 12

• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for civil, systems, and interface works.

• Prepare and manage the project plan, work program, and resource plan (manpower, contractors, consultants).

• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions for delays or cost overruns.

• Lead coordination between civil, track, OHE, signaling, telecom, rolling stock, AFC, and stations disciplines to resolve interface issues.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental norms on construction and system works.

• Manage project budget, certifications, variation orders, and cost control in line with contract conditions.

• Handle contractual matters: correspondences, claims, EOT justifications, change management, and risk management.

• Coordinate with client (e.g., Metro Corporation/MMRDA), independent engineer, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.

• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client and company management.

• Lead and mentor the project team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure performance and discipline.

• Education qualification - Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering
• Years of experience - 12-15 Years of experience in project management
• Prior experience requirement - Min 5-7 Years
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority · Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
