We are seeking applications for the position of Project Manager for Mumbai Metro Line 10 & 12
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for civil, systems, and interface works.
Prepare and manage the project plan, work program, and resource plan (manpower, contractors, consultants).
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions for delays or cost overruns.
Lead coordination between civil, track, OHE, signaling, telecom, rolling stock, AFC, and stations disciplines to resolve interface issues.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental norms on construction and system works.
Manage project budget, certifications, variation orders, and cost control in line with contract conditions.
Handle contractual matters: correspondences, claims, EOT justifications, change management, and risk management.
Coordinate with client (e.g., Metro Corporation/MMRDA), independent engineer, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.
Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client and company management.
Lead and mentor the project team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure performance and discipline.
