We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecom Engineer (15+ years of experience) to lead the design review, coordination, implementation supervision, and testing of telecommunication systems within large-scale infrastructure projects (Railway/Transport)

The role involves both office-based technical leadership and site-based supervision and interface management to ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements.

Design & Submittal Review

• Review detailed design documents, installation drawings, shop drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and Combined Service Drawings (CSD).

• Evaluate material submittals, Method Statements, and Verification & Validation (V&V) test procedures.

ELV & Telecommunication Systems Oversight

• Review and approve technical submittals for low-current and telecom systems, including:

  • Fiber & Copper Cabling Systems

  • Multiservice Network (MSN) & WiFi

  • Radio Systems

  • VoIP Telephone & Intercom Systems

  • CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS)

  • Public Address (PA) & Dynamic Display Systems (DD)

  • Master Clock & Voice Recording Systems

  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure strict compliance of all engineering submittals with project specifications and Employer’s Requirements.

• Verify adherence to international standards (IEC, NFPA, EN, ISO) and local authority regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Represent the technical team in design review meetings and technical workshops with client representatives, consultants, and contractors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (Railway experience is a strong advantage).

• Proven experience in telecom system design review and site supervision.

• Good knowledge of international telecom standards and testing methodologies.

• Experience Testing and integrated testing environments.

• Excellent technical reporting and documentation skills.

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
