Context

SYSTRA Taiwan Branch is dedicated to Taiwan and the Group's global rail transit system-related projects, encompassing feasibility analysis, system design, project management, testing and integration, trial operation, and commissioning operations. Currently, we are actively participating in rail transportation projects across Taiwan, with offices located in Taipei and Kaohsiung.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and perform Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), RAMS, System Assurance activities for the core E&M systems defined in the Scope of Services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and technical specifications
  • Oversee project implementation and coordinate the work of domestic and international experts to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and companys objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide multidisciplinary project teams, including local engineers, international experts, and supporting staff, to achieve project objectives.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, project budgets, and implement robust budget control measures.

Profile/Skills

  • Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in railway system with strong exposure to RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) and IV&V activities..
  • In-depth knowledge of railway engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work with diverse international teams.
  • Professional engineering license or related certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
