About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Position: Expert Finance-1

 

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project


Location: Site

Missions/Main Duties

Assist Chief Expert and Dy. Chief Expert in performing tasks that shall include but not limited to the following:

  1. Assist in preparation of detailed integrated schedule for the entire Scope aligning with the Project schedule.
  2. Assist in review and monitor the work plans and schedules of various stakeholders and ensure consistency with the overall schedule.
  3. Assist in managing overall procurement life cycle till closure of contract.
  4. Assist in ensuring proper risk analysis, and recommending risk mitigation measures.
  5. Assistance in entire Contract administration, including dispute resolution, contract terminations, contract renegotiation, exit strategies, establishing standard procedures & tools etc.
  6. Assessment of project long term financial statements and preparation, submission and disbursement of claims to multi-lateral funding institution(if applicable).
  7. Preparation of cost breakdown structure, creation of baseline project cost (under its scope), budget and cashflow schedule.
  8. Establishing procedures for any changes in the project criteria/scope.
  9. Assistance in legal matters.
  10. Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Graduate in field of finance

 

Experience: 07 years of experience in contract management during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)* funded by Bilateral/Multilateral Development Banks/Agencies.


* Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

  • High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
  • Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
  • Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
