Dans le cadre du projet LGV Kénitra-Marrakech, SYSTRA intervient en tant qu’Assistant à la Maîtrise d’Ouvrage dans la conception et la réalisation des Technicentres & Stations de maintenance.

Au sein du pôle Technicentres & Stations de maintenance, vous interviendrez en tant que responsable intégration durant les phases suivantes :

• Phase Conception : Préparation des travaux.
• Phase réalisation : Suivi des interfaces & intégration.
• Phase mise en service : Intégration et réception.

• Le pilotage et l’accompagnement à l’atteinte des objectifs du planning directeur.
• L’instruction et l’identification des risques. 
• Le suivi des modifications de programme/projet, des dérogations.
• Le pilotage de l’avancement des études EXE et du VISA. 
• La contribution à l’intégration technique et globale des différents métiers (Voies, Caténaires, Signalisation, Bâtiment, Equipements industriel, Matériel Roulant).
• L’interface avec les équipes MOA, en vue de la réception et du montage des rames dans les nouveaux technicentres.
• L’accompagnement à l'implantation et l’aménagement des postes de travail (ateliers annexes, magasins logistiques).
• Le suivi des travaux de construction et d’installations des équipements industriels.
• La préparation et la contribution aux phases d’essais.
• Participer à la transition vers l’exploitation (Documents techniques).
• La mise en place de tableaux de bords de pilotage.
• La contribution à la production du reporting hebdo et mensuel du pôle.

Profile:

• Vous disposez d’au moins 10 années d’expérience dans les projets grandes infrastructures dans le ferroviaire. Vous avez une parfaite capacité rédactionnelle des rapports et notes en français.
• Vous aimez travailler dans un esprit collaboratif.
• Proactif, vous avez un forte capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et de synthèse et savez proposer des solutions notamment en liaison avec la gestion des interfaces.
• La maîtrise du français est indispensable.
• Ce poste est basé à Rabat.
