Context

In India, SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros, High Speed Rail, Railways, Roads, Buildings, Urban planning, and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations.

Missions/Main Duties

PMC team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects

  • Supervise and monitor E&M activities at Depot including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, DG Sets, Lifts, Escalators
  • Ensure installation, testing & commissioning as per drawings, specs and client/PMC requirements
  • Coordinate with client, PMC, contractors and other agencies for smooth execution of E&M works
  • Check and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and BOQ
  • Ensure all E&M works comply with Metro Rail standards, NBC, IS codes, and project QAP
  • Follow safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
  • Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, test reports, and as-built drawings
  • Prepare RA bills, variation statements, and technical correspondence
  • Witness and coordinate T&C of E&M systems at Depot buildings, workshops, stabling lines
  • Ensure handover of systems with proper documentation
  • Guide technicians, supervisors and subcontractors on site
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance
