Our team works across major infrastructure, flood risk management, and urban development projects. Help us create practical and resilient outcomes for clients and communities:

• Deliver hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, flood risk assessments, and flood management inputs across a diverse range of projects.
• Contribute to projects across infrastructure, urban development, local government, and broader water-related studies.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to support clear, practical project outcomes.
• Prepare technical reporting, mapping, presentations, and other project deliverables to a high standard.
• Continue building your capability in project delivery, client engagement, and technical leadership with support from experienced mentors.
• Grow your career in a thriving national team with real opportunities to progress as an Experienced to a Senior Engineer/Scientist within 2 years.

About You

You are someone who brings sound technical experience, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in flood risk management and hydrology. You are looking for a role where you can keep learning, contribute to meaningful work, and take the next step in your career in an inclusive and supportive environment:

• Qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 4+ years’ experience in flood assessments, hydrology, and hydraulic modelling, with the role suited to an Experienced Engineer.
• Some Australian consulting experience is required, with NSW experience beneficial.
• Strong experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, with TUFLOW (essential).
• An understanding of tools such as RORB, URBS, WBNM, and HEC-RAS, as well as the principles of Australian Rainfall and Runoff and relevant regional and local procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reporting and work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Experience on major infrastructure projects is helpful, but not essential.
