We are looking for General Manager/ Sr Manager FPA – IBT for our Faridabad location.

Context

  • Candidate should have experience in BU wise P&L analysis, Budgeting, forecasting, Variance analysis, month end revenue and cost provisions.
  • Deep dive analysis of Project level profitability and work on action plans for improvement
  • Need to have good understanding of business operating levers and how they impact financials
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly business performance reviews
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & Advance Excel knowledge, knowing macros would be added advantage.
  • MIS reports préparation on performance (Weekly and Monthly).
  • Quarterly reports and decks to be prepared and circulated to the Management, Board  etc.
  • Preparation of consolidated budget based on the inputs received from all BUs. To analyse the inputs, consolidate all assumptions and drive to final closure.
  • Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time-to-time to Management
  • Automating manual reports as required.

Profile/Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Should have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, accounting standards and ability to keep himself/herself abreast with latest taxation laws.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work Ethics and Interpersonal skills for liaising with BU Heads, Reporting to management, etc
  • Creative thinking & execution for quick closure of activities.
  • Flair for learning and growth.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Deep understanding of BFSI processes (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR, Technology support).
