Currently, we are bidding for Highway projects across India. The position of Senior Highway Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.

• Supervise highway construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
• Review contractor’s work programs, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions related to highway works.
• Monitor construction progress and advise on corrective actions to achieve planned targets.
• Inspect road works, including earthworks, subgrade, subbase, base course, asphalt pavement, shoulders, slopes, drainage interfaces, and road furniture.
• Ensure quality control of materials, workmanship, testing, and inspection procedures for highway works.
• Coordinate with other supervision experts to ensure proper integration of pavement, drainage, structures, traffic safety, and utility works.
• Support the Team Leader / Project Manager in contract administration and project coordination.
• Ensure that highway works are executed in accordance with safety, environmental, and social requirements.

• He/ She should be a postgraduate in Transportation Engineering or highway engineering
• He/She should havs minimum 15 years professional experience out of which at least 6 years in developing countries and in equivalent position.
• He/ She should have worked at least 4 years on similar construction works in hill areas, particularly in India.
• He/ She shall have at least 5 years experience as pavement expert in highway construction projects using modern highway technology.
• He/ She shall possess wide experience in flexible pavement and bituminous mix designs.
